Dextra Group are delighted to be back racing!

Dextra Group and Black Bull Scotch Whiskey will support Barwell Motorsport’s second Lamborghini GT3 with Alex Martin and Sandy Mitchell as a formidable driving pair in this year’s British GT Championship.

After recently confirming Rob and Ricky Collard will handle the #63 Lamborghini Huracan GT3 Evo II, the team will double up in Europe’s most competitive domestic sportscar series by running Martin and Lamborghini Squadra Corse factory driver Mitchell together in the #78 machine.

Martin will be a familiar name to British motorsport fans, having raced successfully in championships like the Porsche Carrera Cup GB, Ferrari Challenge, and the British Touring Car Championship.

Mitchell is a long-term Barwell driver, a prolific competitor and serial winner. The Scotsman made his British GT debut back in 2016 in a Black Bull-backed McLaren GT4, but upgraded to a Barwell Lamborghini Huracan GT3 for 2020 and never looked back, securing his maiden championship that season alongside Rob Collard. He’s been a race winner in every British GT season since with Barwell, finishing second in the championship in 2022 and fourth last year.
