T&C Site Services is an earthmover and OTR tyre specialist with a nationwide network of depots offering tyre sales, management and maintenance services.
Continued growth and expansion over 20 years has seen T&C Site Services Ltd grow to be the largest, independent, earthmover tyre specialist in the UK. Strategic planning has yielded an effective operational coverage of the UK mainland, says the company. Now employing over 50 people and operating 12 regional depots, this allows T&C Site Services Ltd to provide the same high-quality service nationally as it has done locally for many years.
Working with SEI Electrical Contractors, Dextra Lighting was chosen to provide lighting for the new company head office, home to its sales, purchasing, IT and marketing departments.
In the sales office and board room Runway Continuous Surface/Suspended luminaires were installed. A slim line aluminium housing available in three colour options, offering the versatility to be surface mounted or suspended in continuous runs combined with corner sections, a range of lengths and lumen outputs and optional bidirectional distribution ensures that you can create a layout that enhances any space creating an attractive environment for workers or enticing potential customers.
In the circulation areas, entrance lobby and toilets, the popular Protec LED were installed, with dimmable versions in the board room. A high-quality recessed LED downlight, the Protec LED uses the highest quality components with cutting edge optic design and a modern aesthetic.
BTEC luminaires was chosen for the toilets and store room. The BTEC offers premium quality downlight with high quality LEDs and drivers as well as excellent efficiency for a rapid return on investment. With a spun aluminium housing and injection moulded cable retention, the BTEC Downlight provides a seamless single piece white aluminium reflector and bezel.
Elsewhere, Graduate LEDs were used in both the kitchen and archive room. The Graduate LED is suitable for installation on conduit, surface mounting or suspension and can be offered with integral microwave sensors for additional energy savings.
In the accounts, purchasing, IT and marketing rooms, Rubix Suspended Bi-Directional were specified with dimming in some areas. Utilising the same optic design as the recessed and surface family the Rubix Suspended Bi-Directional offers glare compliance to BSEN12464 and UGR19 or below ensuring it can be used in applications such as offices and classrooms.
With bi-directional output as standard the Rubix Suspended Bi-Directional ensures that both the working area and the ceiling is effectively lit providing an attractive space. A balanced design also allows for a two-point suspension that is both discreet and quick to install. With both six cell 1500mm options, four cell 1200mm and continuous run options the performance and appearance of the Rubix is easily customised to a wide range of applications.
For the exit routes, EXI2 LEDs were installed. The EXI2 LED is a slim line polycarbonate emergency exit sign supplied with prewired cable suitable for surface mounting and rear cable entry and is available in both standard and Self-test variants. Autotest variants are available in an alternative housing style.
Alongside this was the HBE2 LED. This is a highly versatile exit sign is designed to suit nearly all emergency exit applications. The standard product is suitable for both suspension and surface mounting, whilst the blade angle can be pivoted through a range of angles when mounting onto sloped ceilings. In addition to this, recessing kits and wall mounting kits are available as optional extras.
