Specification Manager – Dexeco Limited

Dexeco Limited provides the highest quality lighting solutions into the logistics, transport and industrial environments. Our Specification Managers stimulate and maintain new business, support our existing customer base and manage these contracts and projects. We require an outgoing enthusiastic self-motivated individual to join our dynamic external sales team, enhancing our forward thinking development. Location flexible but ideally located to service the home counties, the role will predominately be focused in the South, but travel to other areas may be required when adopting a client based focus. As a modern lighting manufacturer, providing the highest quality lighting solutions into these market sectors, you would be working in an often pressured environment with the need to think on your feet and have a keen eye for detail. Continual training on the forever evolving environment and products will be given. STRICTLY NO AGENCIES

Main duties & responsibilities

In general terms to promote the purchase of Dexeco products and to create the demand for those products and services from end users, consultants / specifiers and electrical contractors.
Follow all Quality Control guidelines set by the Company
Follow the requirements of the Company’s ISO Procedures ie: Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental procedures.
Follow the Company’s Health and Safety Policy, work instructions & safe systems of work.

Post Requirements

Lighting knowledge, preferably in targeted market sectors.
Understanding of lighting schemes and controls.
Ability to manage a project from conception to conclusion.
Ability to sell at all levels.
Good attitude and ability to self-motivate.
Geographical knowledge of area and customer base.
Smart appearance.
Full driving licence.

DBS clearance will be required.
