Business Development Manager for London (inside M25)

Dextra Lighting Limited provides the highest quality lighting solutions to commercial and industrial environments. Our Business Development Managers work in line with the National strategy and develop our business with the main contractors, sub contractors and multi outlet end user markets along with any targeted customers. We require an outgoing enthusiastic self-motivated individual to join our dynamic external sales team, enhancing our forward thinking development. STRICTLY NO AGENCIES

Main duties & responsibilities

The prime function of the role is to develop new customer relationships leading in turn to opportunities and increased turnover. Assisting with management of projects and ensuring reports are completed within the required timescale.

To ensure the regional budget is achieved / surpassed.

Actively promote all Group products & services by means of visits or presentations and offer a group perspective to all customers.

Work closely with the Sales and Regional Director to assist with the maintenance, identification & development of new business opportunities on a Regional basis.

Follow the Quality Control guidelines set out by the Company.
Follow the requirements of the Company’s ISO Procedure.
Follow the Company’s Health & Safety Policy, work instructions & safe systems of work.

Post Requirements

Previous Sales Experience within the lighting industry.
Be Self Motivated.
Ability to converse at all levels both face to face and remotely.
Ability to understand, action and work to company budgetary requirements.
Good lighting knowledge.
Geographical knowledge of area.
Smart appearance.
Full driving licence.
