Specification Manager for Northern Ireland

Our Specification Managers stimulate and maintain new business, support our existing customer base and manage these contracts and projects. We require an outgoing enthusiastic self-motivated individual to join our dynamic external sales team, enhancing our forward thinking development. As a modern lighting manufacturer, providing the highest quality lighting solutions to the commercial industry and retail environments, you would be working in an often pressured environment with the need to think on your feet and have a keen eye for detail. Continual training on the forever evolving environment and products will be given. Area would be to cover the whole of Northern Ireland predominantly, with future expansion possible to Ireland. Main duties & responsibilities

In general terms to promote the purchase of Dextra Lighting products and to create the demand for those products from electrical contractors, electrical consultants / specifiers, architects, local authorities and end users, which will be supplied via the appropriate distribution network.
Follow all Quality Control guidelines set by the Company
Follow the requirements of the Company’s ISO Procedure
Follow the Company’s Health and Safety Policy, work instructions & safe systems of work.

Post Requirements

Lighting knowledge.
Understanding of lighting schemes.
Ability to manage a project from conception to conclusion.
Ability to sell.
Good attitude and ability to self-motivate
Geographical knowledge of area and customer base.
Smart appearance
Full driving licence
