Production Administrator

Main duties & responsibilities

To assist in all aspects of the department, main duties will include: –

• LED boards – collate information for stock/spreadsheets etc
• In-house boxes (collate info for stock/spreadsheet etc)
• Sales order changes and backflushes emails
• Resistors – issuing with Work in Progress’ (WiPs) and housekeeping
• Printing WiPs and labels
• Completing WiPs
• Answering telephone calls/liaising with other departments
• Adhoc duties within the department
• All associated IT workbook
• Follow all quality control guidelines set by the company’s
• Follow all the requirements of the company’s ISO procedure
• Follow the company’s Health & Safety policy, work instructions and Safe Systems of Work

 

Post Requirements

• Experience in an administrative role preferred
• Willingness to learn and become involved in all aspects of the department
• Computer literate
• Self motivated
• Reliable
• Flexible
• Confident with a polite telephone manner
• Organised
• Positive can-do attitude
• Ability to cope well under pressure
