External Sales Representative for Essex, Kent & Sussex

Our External Sales Representatives stimulate and maintain new business, support our existing customer base and manage these contracts and projects. We require an outgoing enthusiastic self-motivated individual to join our dynamic external sales team, enhancing our forward thinking development. As a modern lighting manufacturer, providing the highest quality lighting solutions to the commercial industry and retail environments, you would be working in an often pressured environment with the need to think on your feet and have a keen eye for detail. Main duties & responsibilities


  • In general terms, to develop the ability to promote the purchase of Dextra Group products from electrical distributors and to create the demand for those products from electrical contractors and end users.
  • To assist with site visits as and where necessary.
  • Produce basic lighting schemes, training will be provided if necessary.
  • Operate from a home base with a willingness to travel the whole area.

Post Requirements

  • The ability to assimilate Lighting/Electrical knowledge.
  • Geographical knowledge of area.
  • To develop the ability to sell to electrical contractors, end users including local authorities and electrical distributors.
  • Good attitude and ability to self motivate.
  • Smart appearance.
  • Full driving license.
